Think of this as your Toolbox.

Support for the Static Days, from folks who know what you’re going through.

Sometimes you need something sharp.
Sometimes you need something soft.
Sometimes a hammer isn’t enough.
And sometimes you don’t need a hammer at all.

That’s okay.

This space holds a little bit of everything—grounding techniques, self-kindness, small rituals, printables, journal prompts, and quiet things you can carry with you when the world gets too loud.

These tools grew alongside my poetry collection Stumbling through the Static (releasing September 2025), but you don't need to wait for the book to start building your own toolkit.

You don’t have to use every tool.
You don’t have to fix anything today.
You don’t have to be okay to start.

This was built by someone who’s stumbled too—through panic, through fog, through static and shutdown.
You’re not too much. You’re not alone. You’re not broken.
Take what helps. Leave what doesn’t. Come back when you need to.

This is your toolbox. And you’re allowed to build slow.
